Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods

We primarily ship orders using UPS Ground.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional charge, depending on your location and the item purchased.

Shipping delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

One-of-a-Kind Inventory

Many of our items are unique.

If an item becomes unavailable due to an inventory error or other unforeseen circumstance before shipment, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
