Refund policy

Every item at Thandi's Chic Thrift is carefully inspected, photographed, and accurately described to help you shop with confidence. At Thandi's Chic Thrift, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be

Unworn and unwashed

In the same condition as received
Free of odors, stains, or damage
Returned with all original tags attached (if applicable)

Because many of our items are unique, we cannot accept exchanges. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

Clearance or marked final sale items
Intimate apparel
Swimwear
Earrings
Items altered after purchase

The unique nature of pre-loved merchandise means that minor signs of wear, clearly shown in the listing or described in the product description, are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

To begin a return, please contact us at sales@thandischic.com within 14 days of delivery. Once we review and approve your return request, we will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
